sinalog is an archive of my occasional Chinese to English translations of interesting texts I find either online or in print.
I’m a freelance researcher and translator currently resident in Beijing.

Major projects include translating Dr Xiang Biao’s Transcending Boundaries: Zhejiangcun: the Story of a Migrant Village in Beijing, now published by Brill.

I am currently working on two books: a study of civil rights thinking in Classical Chinese philosophy, and a detective novel.
